Using Evidence

Using Evidence Inc. is a research and evaluation consultancy founded by Fred Carden that specialises in development and research evaluation. The site needed to show deep subject-matter expertise while staying easy to scan for funders, researchers, and programme staff.

The build organises a large body of work — evaluation methods, quality assurance, capacity building, and support for evidence use in policy — into clear, expandable sections, alongside featured publications, talks, and videos.

Accessibility was built in from the start: light and dark modes, strong colour contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, and a clear reading order so the content stays usable for everyone.
